Step into a thoughtfully designed modern show unit that redefines urban family living. This three-storey residence exudes contemporary elegance, with sleek, clean finishes and an abundance of natural daylight throughout. At the basement level, a fully self-contained studio offers flexible functionality — ideal as an entertainment hub for movie nights or games, or as a private guest suite complete with its own bathroom and pantry area. It is a perfect retreat within the home, offering both comfort and convenience.
The heart of the home is on the middle floor, where an open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into the dry kitchen. A separate wet kitchen, discreetly positioned at the rear, caters to heavier cooking and includes a dedicated laundry space for everyday practicality. Well-considered spatial planning creates a sense of openness making this level ideal for family gatherings.
