Description: To create a sense of community and design four different Sky Lounges, centered around modern, urban living. The spaces are designed to be extensions of the apartments for individual residents to socialise and entertain in.

Verve Suites is a four tower, 931 unit service apartment development in the heart of Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. It was the first property of its kind to sell fully furnished service apartments in Malaysia. Each of the towers feature Sky Lounges, open to all residents meaning everyone enjoys a penthouse view.
Located at the 33rd floor of Vox Tower, Versilica Sky Beach is the first and only sky beach lounge in Mont 'Kiara and possibly Malaysia to adopt a beach concept.
It is a stunning, resort getaway for Verve Suites residents to sunbathe on real sand or swim in an infinity sky pool with a magnificent view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.
To complete the design, we created a quench corner, chill zones, recreational rooms, jet pool, sun garden and grill terrace.
