The Potpourri is a complete development that incorporates luxurious facilities with rich landscaping. Inspired by nature, each tower was appropriately named Anise, Basil, Cinnamon, Dahlia, Erica and Freesia. We placed our focus on well-being to match the central theme of nature. The target residents are primarily young families, without neglecting a possible older customer.
Creating space to enhance the lifestyle of the residents was our primary design aim. The apartments feature U-BOX Storage, a Utility Box which Palladio designed and named. U-Box is an ultra-organised, multi-purpose utility that conceals laundry equipment, cleaning utensils and household storage behind sleek, custom-designed built-in folding cabinets for ease of storage.
