Seringin Residences offers privacy and a sense of community within a secure neighbourhood. It uses the latest in green technology with low environmental impact.
Environmental sustainability was the focus so we used this context within our design, inspired by air, earth and water for 3 separate show units, each with 2 bedrooms and a guest room, made distinct by their different colour schemes.
This design consideration continued through to our material selection, using naturally inspired materials wherever possible.
